Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on system specifications and user requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and ship software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Regularly attend team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
